Trust Sweet Iron Dee Wideport Segundo Bit - 16mm
Trust Sweet Iron Dee Wideport Segundo Bit - 16mm
Description
Sweet iron will rust when in contact with (air) humidity; the surface rust tastes sweet and naturally stimulates saliva production. This will cause the horse to salivate more which will encourage the horse to take more contact. The process of rusting (oxidation) changes the blue color of the TRUST-bit to a brownish-grey. A sweet iron bit will develop an orange-brown rust layer on the mouthpiece if it is temporarily not used. This is easily removed by wiping it off with a damp cloth.
Wideport Segundo Bit
Handcrafted in Holland
Anatomically shaped mouthpiece
Hand welded unique designs
**Due to the contagious nature of the equine disease EHV 1 and per biosecurity measure guidelines suggested by the American Association of Equine Practitioners, 2nd Round Equestrian will no longer accept any returns on NEW bits and bit accessories.**
