Soft'Up Classic Stirrups from Freejump are the beautiful result of a collaboration with Pénélope Leprevost and Italian designer Pininfarina. These elegant Freejump irons have a refined profile that is geared toward the female rider. The slightly reduced size creates a better fit for women and the eye that is set parallel to the tread gives it a classic look. The rider still gets all the safety benefits of a single branch stirrup with state-of-the-art technology and materials.
The Soft'Up Classic has 9 treated studs in the footbed, which are replaceable if necessary. The flexible outer branch, cover, and grip can all be replaced, too, giving these Freejump safety stirrups extra value. Freejump irons have excellent shock absorption that reduces pressure and strain on the stirrups as well as the rider's joints and the horse's back. The wide carbon tread reduces pressure on the arch of the foot while the forward center of gravity helps the rider keep her heels down.
The aircraft-grade spring steel branch coverd with elastomer is exceptionally strong for greater performance and safety. The flexible outer branch of the Soft'Up Classic is designed so sudden pressure from the foot will open it up, preventing a fallen rider from getting caught in the irons and dragged.
